• Individual automation literacy education and career development
• Workshops and training programs for organizations
• Automation Readiness Assessments (ARA)
• Fractional Chief Automation Officer (CAO) advisory services
• Educational partnerships with institutions

Service Engagement

All consulting and advisory services are provided pursuant to a written agreement or statement of work executed between the client and Automation Now, LLC. The specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement will be outlined in the applicable service agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. General payment policies include:

• Fees are due as specified in the service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services
• Refund policies vary by service type and will be outlined in your agreement
• All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated

Intellectual Property

All course materials, workshop content, assessment frameworks, and proprietary methodologies developed by Automation Now, LLC remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a limited license to use materials provided during their engagement for internal purposes only. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of our materials without written permission is prohibited.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and business operations. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement, as detailed in applicable service agreements or non-disclosure agreements.

Limitation of Liability

Automation Now, LLC provides consulting and educational services based on industry best practices and our professional expertise. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by service type:

• Consultations: 48-hour notice required for rescheduling without penalty
• Workshops: Cancellation policies will be specified in the service agreement
• Ongoing Advisory: Termination terms will be outlined in the engagement agreement

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Designate appropriate personnel to participate in workshops and training
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and methodologies
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Website Use
